This site is run by The Maclean Brothers Ltd (company number SC680951), registered office Croft 351 Nedd, Drumbeg, Lairg, Assynt, IV27 4NN. We're the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect. When you place an order, we — via our checkout provider, Framer, and payment processor, Stripe — collect your name, delivery address, email address and payment details. We don't see or store your full card details ourselves; Stripe handles those directly. If you email us, we hold that correspondence and whatever you choose to tell us in it.

What we use it for. To take and fulfil your order, tell you about its dispatch, handle any return or query, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't use your details for marketing unless you've separately asked to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with. Framer and Stripe, to process payment and checkout; our delivery partner, to get your order to you. We don't sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it. For as long as we need it to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations, including tax records, and no longer.

Your rights. You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
