Alongside their father, Charlie Maclean, Lachlan, Ewan and Jamie are three brothers from Scotland who believe in combining compassion with an adventurous spirit to create positive impact.

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. By working together, the impossible is made possible. We believe in working together to overcome the biggest challenges in life.

Combining passion with purpose. We believe in doing the things you love in service of others. There’s an intrinsic connection between compassion and passion – through their combination comes a pathway to longterm change.

Charlie Maclean

Father

Charlie Maclean is a distinguished author and independent ambassador of Scotch Whisky. He was awarded an MBE for services to whisky and charity in 2021.

Ewan is an engineer at Dyson. He invents things that don't yet exist. He's in charge of all electronics and tech aboard our boat.

Sheila Maclean is an artist and divides her time between Scotland and Antigua. She has played a large part in the family Maclean successes and responsible for their sense of adventure.
